Mages will most likely run to try and get out of the area of effect, since they can't effectively fight under those conditions. Master of Doom is a Warlock power: the 10th and final of the Necromancy discipline.

A darkness aura surrounds the warlock breaking opponent's will in its area. The enemy has reduced Constitution and cannot cast spells.
