Master of Doom
Master of Doom is a Warlock power: the 10th and final of the Necromancy discipline.
A darkness aura surrounds the warlock breaking opponent's will in its area. The enemy has reduced Constitution and cannot cast spells.

Notes
A warlock that manages to cast this and get close to the enemy will cause two general responses. Mages will most likely run to try and get out of the area of effect, since they can't effectively fight under those conditions. However, warriors and archers will make the warlock their target and try to kill it fast in order to regain order. Exceptions for this skill's effect are Archers under Low Profile, Conjurers under Sanctuary and anyone under Divine Intervention. Other players may avoid the Dizzy effect by utilizing skills such as Defensive Support or Mind Blank.
Given the spell's power, it has an obvious animation. The casting warlock is recognized as a dark radiation is emanating from its feet.
