 The conjurer gets resistance to crowd control effects.

Notes
Mind Blank is extremely useful and can prevent the Conjurer from being disabled from various Crowd Control. Combined with Divine Intervention, a conjurer can ignore many side effects and focus on keep her allies alive.
Documented Changes:
- Version 1.10.9 (2014/8/28): Changed to an activable type spell. Cannot cast damaging powers while mind blank is active. Mana costs increased to 90-220.
