Notes
Balestra is a good tool to prevent enemies from escaping or from chasing you. Although the damage is negligible, it does allow Balestra to be cast on targets buffed with Divine Intervention.
Documented changes
- Version 1.10.9 (2014/8/28): Cooldown increased to 40s. Duration reduced to 2-6s.
- Version 1.0.6 (2009/5/21): Duration reduced on all levels. Now deals fixed damage increasing with level instead of weapon damage.
