Time Master is a Mage power: the 9th of the Mental discipline.

Notes
Time master has several uses. Can help the mage escape complicated situations (given friendly structures and units are near). Also great for getting positional uphand in small battles. Not to mention it's army crippling effects in wars. Getting half the enemy forces frozen for 12 seconds will allow for easy wiping of the remaining half. However, be careful when using this spell in war. If you freeze half the enemy army while your allies are casting Sultar's Terror, you will be helping the enemy instead of harming it!.
It is recognized as three gigantic magical clocks that appear around the mage with strong ticking sounds going slower.
