Time Master is a Mage power: the 9th of the Mental discipline.
The wizard can manipulate temporal instances. Any opponent nearby remains static in time.

Notes
Time master has several uses. Can help the mage escape complicated situations (given friendly structures and units are near). Also great for getting positional uphand in small battles. Not to mention it's army crippling effects in wars.
It is recognized as three gigantic magical clocks that appear around the mage with strong ticking sounds going slower.
