Notes
Stunning Fist works at Meele range. The Cannot Attack Crowd Control is one of the few that will work while the target is knocked down, leading to combination where an Archer will cast Ambush and follow with Stunning Fist leaving him safe to attack.
Additionally, Stunning Fist can be used to escape Warriors preventing them from attacking. Note that the Barbarian power Unstoppable Madness has a chance to resist the Crowd Control Cannot Attack and that for power levels less than 5, there is a chance element to this power.
