Throat Cutter is a Warrior power: the 3rd of the Tactics discipline.
 Inflicts a lethal attack. The objective dies instantly.

Notes
Throat Cutter can only be casted when the target's health is below a certain point. If this condition is not fulfilled, the Warrior will simply stand in place and the attack cycle will be reset.
Throat Cutter is extremely effective against characters buffed with damage reduction powers, such as Steel Skin or Army of One.
Many Barbarians choose to not skill this power as they are likely to do more damage with a normal hit.
