Realm Stable is a Mounts item.
Allows getting all 3 of a realm's mounts.
For Alsius: Alsius Light Horse, Alsius Steed and Benkku
For Ignis: Ignis Light Horse, Ignis Steed and Preliator
For Syrtis: Syrtis Light Horse, Syrtis Steed and Valkin
Double clicking the item adds the mounts to the inventory.
The mounts can't be traded with other characters.
Notes
The mounts cannot be traded to other characters, even on the same account. Unless you truly want all 3 mounts for decorative purposes, Realm Stable may not be the most cost efficient method to obtain a mount.
