Allows removing gems embedded into weapons.

Using the item opens the Remove Gems window. Drag a weapon with at least one gem embedded from your inventory to the window and press the Accept button.
The weapon and the gems will be moved back to the inventory.
You can cancel by pressing the corresponding button.
