Minor Gem Fusion is a Item Enhancement item.
Allows getting a Major Gem from two Minor Gems.
Using the item opens the Gem Fusion window.
Drag two Minor Gems of he same category from the inventory to the window.
Press the Accept button to get a new Major Gem.
The original gems are discarded.
