Notes
The Warmaster Offensive Charm can be obtained by interacting with a Offensive Beacon created from a Warmaster casting Offensive Beacon. Note that the Warmaster that created the beacon is unable to use their own beacon.
The Warmaster Offensive Charm allows players to ignore almost all Crowd controls with the exception of Cannot attack. This provides an enormous benefit to armies buffed with Warmaster Beacons.
