Offensive Beacon is a Warmaster power: the 6th of the Warmaster discipline.
 Places an offensive beacon on the ground.
Players interacting with it will receive Warmaster's Offensive Blessing, which raises defense against crowd control.

Notes
Casting this power places a banner on the ground with which allied players can interact. The Warmaster cannot interact with the beacon.
The beacon remains on the ground for 60 seconds.
The Warmaster Offensive Charm buffs the target by adding 70% resistance to Knock down, Immobilize, Freeze, and Stun effects.
As with all Warmaster powers, this power does not cost power power points, only discipline points. A player must be a Warmaster to cast this power.
