The opponents in the tremor area cannot concentrate enough to use powers.

This power is no longer present in the game.
Offensive conjurers (also known as Warjurers) and also support conjurers find a good weapon in this spell. It can cripple and dismantle the enemy backlines. Mages are forced to to retreat quickly, while archer must cover for them, but wont be able to use crowd control to protect them. Since the cast time is rather long, Arcane Devotion is a great add.
