"The Mine" is a level 5 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Arnoh.
Story
The Iron Mine to the southwest was one of the most important resources for iron gathering in the village, but mining the rock the workers discovered something that should have stayed buried... something that ended their lives and now threatens ours.
This would be a great chance to prove that you can handle more than a straw dummy, Arhal, the village's enchanter, can tell you what's required, if you have the guts for it.
A tragic end was found on the mine by many of our villagers...
The explosions used to remove the rock unburied a gem. The gem was the prison for a powerful undead, a lich, the reinvarnation of an ambitious wizard that defied death as his soul's expense.
The lich was released with a great blast that ended with the miner's lives, and turned them into the undead that dwell the mine to this day.
Travel southeast to the Iron Mine. Find the lich's gem amongst the mine rubble.
Obstructed Entrance
These rocks cover the entrance of one of the main ducts of the mine. Behind them may lay the gem you are looking for. You could use the fuse near the rubble if you have some explosives.
There may be some explosives left from the miner's excavations around the mine.

The explosvies seem to be in good state. Use them with the fuse near the rubble to remove it.
