"The Elements Runestones - Rising of the Ring" is a level 28 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Amer.
Story
Take all of the elements to the Tomb of the Elements, but you must put them on in a certain order.
First, you must pour the jar with water over the tomb, then put the burning coal on top, then pour the jar with soil onto the coal, and open the jar of wind.
Wherever the guardians have been buried, they will rise, and so will our path to collect the rune stones.
Once you have completed it, a rune ring will appear. This ring will allow you to collect the four rune stones.
Return to me once you have released the rune stones.
