Sticky Touch is a Archer power: the 5th of the Tricks discipline.
 The archer throws a sticky substance on the opponent, hindering his movement.

Notes
Sticky Touch is nice in reducing a target's damage. Since it affects Attack Speed, it won't really prevent attacks, but it will lower their damage over a period of time, as they will not be able to attack as many times.
It has a similar animation to Slow, as a shimmering translucent mound at the base of the target.
