 The hands of the opponent become stiff, hindering the attacks

Notes
This has never been a popular choice among warlocks, specially since 1.0 update, when it was modified to reduce hit chance by a percentage instead of a fixed amount (It used to reduce hit chance by 255, rendering half of opponent's normal hits useless). Currently, it is not used at all.
