"New Weapons" is a level 2 quest in the Syrtis realm, given by Gaeta.
Story
Gaeta: I heard all about the facts of your arrival, but to me you'll be just a worm until you prove you can fight like a true warrior. The first thing to do is improve your weaponry. Most of the beasts around here are savage hunters, so you should be ready to get bumped... and bitten... and scratched... and hacked... Take this note to Dardanh, the village's weaponsmith. You'll find him in one of the shops.
Dardanh: I see you're about to begin your training. Gaeta is the strongest warrior I know; your sword will cut through those traitors like fine grass. You need a training sword. Take one from those hanging on the counter and bring it to me. I'll sharpen it for you.
From several swords hanging on the counter, you take the one Dardanh pointed. Hand it to him for some improvements.
Dardanh: Well, here you go. Remember these improvements won't last forever. I'll be right here when you finish your training and want a real weapon! Don't keep Gaeta waiting. She must be anxious to smash some skulls.
