"Meet Syba" is a level 8 quest in the Syrtis realm, given by Elusil.
Story
Elusil: I have the alchemical compound we needed to destroy the hives. It is a highly flammable formulae, the smoke will keep the wasps away. Now you just have to find out where the wasps nested.
To aid you on your job I have sent an expert to the forst. Syba, one of our villagers, is exploring East Marelah's Forest to the south, in search of the wasps. Give her this Fire Potion, she'll tell you what to do next.
Syba: I see Elusil sent someone trustworthy. You must be a good scout to have found me. Give me the Fire Potion, I'll prepare it so you can use it, if you're willing to keep on helping.
