Lightning Magnification is a Mage power: the 9th of the Staff Mastery discipline.
 The Mage channels Lightening Damage through his staff.

Notes
The three magnifications are very good buffs for leveling mages. With long duration and fast cast the three can be activated practically simultaniously, providing a significant bonus to a mage's usually weak normal hit damage.
