Lightning Arrow is a Marksman power: the 10th and final of the Arrow Mastery discipline.
 An arrow that carries electrical damage strikes an objective and all those that surround it.

Notes
The movement speed debuff can be used extremely effectively against large groups, trapping them down to prevent rushes or escapes. Notably, it works well against Barbarians buffed with Unstoppable Madness as all other of the Marksmen's Crowd control are likely to be resisted.
