Ensnaring Arrow is a Hunter power: the 1st of the Scouting discipline.
A fast arrow at the legs of the hunter's opponent. Inflicts damage and reduces movement.

Notes
Ensnaring Arrow does decent damage with a nice cooldown. At level 5, each Ensnaring will slow down the target such that it is equivalent to immobilizing the target for 1.05 seconds. Giving the the 0.5 casting time, a Hunter can gain 0.55 s for each Ensnaring Arrow while chasing an enemy. Given that it is range 0, it is affected by Parabolic Shot and allows the Hunter to attack from far away.
