The hillside is riddled with creatures that attack the travelers seeking our town. it is hard enough to tell merchandise to the few people that inhabit our town that if visitors stop traveling to our town because it is too dangerous... I'll just have to leave and move to another town.
I suppose if you were to kill say 7 Tiny Stone Golem and 7 Panther that have infested Allahed's Valley... that should suffice.
