For that end, [[Arcane Devotion]] giving half the casting time is a nice bonus. This move is feared for its crippling effect, if it strikes small groups can take out bigger ones easily. It's very useful for creating openings so warriors can rush over the enemy. The knockdown effect will stack with multiple casts of the spell. Thus a group of warlocks can keep a large group knocked by appropriately timing Sultar's Terror to overlap. This is commonly known as terror chaining. It can be recognized as the enemies fall on the ground and green skulls raise from the ground around them. After the 1.6.3 update, Sultar's Terror was changed to have variable duration knocks. Enemies who are affected by this skill will be [[Knock down| knocked]] for a random duration of time given by the level of the skill. Additionally, secondary targets no longer receive the full damage as they did before.
