Alsius
The cold and icy realm of Alsius, considered by many to be the most beautiful of all the nations, lies in the northern area of the world. It is inhabited by the Dwarves, Nordos (humans) and Utghars. The dwarves first came to this land long ago. They encountered the native Nordos and engaged in a brief war with the natives. However, soon after, they realized that they had similar goals and forged a strong alliance.
After that, they encountered the Utghars, who joined the alliance and together, they formed the Empire of Alsius. They built Montsognir City, capital of the inner realm.
Reasons for War
With its hard climate, Alsius needs all the land it has to generate enough food for it's inhabitants. When the elven war began, the didn't show must interest, at least unitl border villages and markets began being attacked.
The matter greatly worried the emperor, who took his royal guard and ventured to the war zone, in order to find an elven representative he could talk to. Unfortunately they got caught in crossfire, and the emperor was killed.
Alsirians now live with rage and indignation. They joined the war in order to stop the elves from ravaging their lands. They wont rest until all Ignean and Syrtian military forces get completely wiped from the war zone.
