Evendim's Drain Wave is a Evendim power.
 Evendim drains health from a target, and adds to its own reserve. It cannot drain more health than what is required to fully heal or more health than the target's current points.

Notes
Evendim's Drain Wave is an extremely powerful skill, bypassing armor and allowing Evendim to regain vast amounts of health.
It is only used by Evendim and only at level 5.
