Precise Block is a Knight power: the 4th of the Shields discipline.
 The knight blocks all attacks and spells.

Notes
Precise Block can be useful to selectively block attacks and skills. The drawback is that the knight cannot attack for the duration of the spell. Moving will Precise Block to end before it's duration finishes.
