Has several uses, all related of course with dizzying enemies. Mostly useful in pvp, but in wars it helps avoiding enemy warlocks from terroring, barbarians from using areas and mages from healing and reviving. It's strongest effect is against other mages. If used in level 5, it can define the winner of a battle very early.
