Howl is a Barbarian power: the 6th of the Warcries discipline.
 The barbarian screams, insults and howls. Her opponents can't concentrate enough to use their powers.

Notes
Howl can effectively be used to dizzy large groups of enemies. This may prevent enemies from using powers, however they still may attack using normal hits.
