 An ice storm strikes around the target, causing ice damage and a chance to freeze those enemies within 6m.

Notes
Frozen Storm has the advantages of being a cheap spell mana wise. It can be used effectively to isolate groups by freezing them or to allow Damage Over Time spells to do damage. The major downside is that Freeze prevents your allies from attacking the affected enemies. A warlock should consider where and what his/her allies are doing before using this spell.
