Notes
A battle between two mages can be decided by the level of this buff, specially between warlocks. A great spell that cuts all powers' casting time up to half. Combining this with a fast staff quickens the mage even more, since it reduces the time between skills. It must be recasted every minute, which puts mages in a disadvantage in long battles.
Bug: This spell has been reported to sometimes stop working after a number of casts. Spell casting time remains normal or can even increase. When this happens the only fix os to relog.
