 The barbarian intimidates the opponent, that fights with increased miss chance.

Notes
Casting this on a target gives their attacks a chance to miss. The missed attack will not appear in either combatant's combat log. The only indication is the word "Miss" floating above the person's head. Many choose not to skill Threat as the effectiveness of Miss chance is currently unknown.
