"Lost Valhalla" is a level 9 quest in the Alsius realm, given by Speranzor.
Story
The Frozen Whip is a powerful weapon that is protected by a small, carved alter in the southwest corner of Lost Valhalla. Speranzor tells you this, along with a warning that the Yeti in the nearby cave are dangerous and will attack anyone who approches.
When you open the carved alter, you find an inner chamber that holds a container covered in small runes. The container is sealed and cannot be opened.
When you bring the container back to Speranzor, he says that it can be opened, but only by using Morgund's key. The key is in the possession of a Grizzly Bear near the entrance to Lost Valhalla.
After collecting Morgund's key and returning to Speranzor, the small container can finally be opened. Inside, Speranzor finds the Frozen Whip and gives it to you, asking that you put it to good use. As you leave, Speranzor requests that you tell Rotheric of Rottersvall that he is going to live the rest of his days in Lost Valhalla.
