Metabolic Control is a Mage power: the 8th of the Staff Mastery discipline.
 The mage is able to manipulate the energy of his body to create a state of optimal concentration.

Notes
The increase in concentration slightly raises accuracy and many argue that is not really worth it in small fights. However, at the higher levels this power can make quite a difference for area spells.
It can be recognized as a strong flash of light that goes up from the mage's feet.
