"Spider Queen" is a level 4 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Ikarin.
Story
We've discovered the source of the arachnid attacks in the Initiation Summit. The dark forces of the temple have fed one to the spiders inside it, turning it into a huge and file creature that sends its offspring to hunt villagers for food.
You can find the Spider Queen's lair inside the ruins of the small temple, going back through the descent towards the west.
