"Chest Lock - Blood Bonds" is a level 26 quest in the Ignis realm, given by Tarik.

Story

I've put the pelts away, and they should be fine until we are ready to cast the chest lock. We still have two ingredients that we must collect to perform the spell. The next ingredient that we need is three pints of blood of a Tol-Tar. You can find them just outside of town, but you'll have to go to the local merchant to get something to hold the blood.
