Notes:
A battle between two mages can be decided by the level of this buff, specially between warlocks. A great spell that cuts all powers' casting time up to half. Combining this with a fast staf quickens the mage even more, since it reduces the time between skills. It must be recasted every minute, wich puts mages in a disadventage in long battles.
