25% of the barbarian's current remaining health is taken for this spell. The large cost of health for this spell often prevents many barbarians from using this power.
The percentage of Strength is calculated using the Barbarian's base stregnth. Bonuses from passives or equipment are not included. At higher levels, the increase in damage can be quite significant since each point of Strength adds 2 points of damage for Barbarians.
