 The target increases her attack, damage and critical chance while bless is active.

Notes
Warlocks usually ignore this discipline, as it rarely works with their role. Conjurers might feel like using it, but is not a priority, especially compared to mana control, mental, sorcery and life.
Even so, some conjurers do include enchantments, mostly while leveling up. When they do so, this buff is a win-win all around. Doubling the accuracy of all normal hits and powers while spending little mana, is a great help for any class. The 10 second cooldown turns this into a easly spammable spell, and is great for leveling groups.
