 A flash of lightning breaks over the target, inflicting damage over time.

Notes:
A punch of more than 1000 damage in 5 seconds, makes an overall very good damage dealing spell. Fast casting, medium cooldown, low cost, good range and quite effective since it has strong magic based damage. Unexpirienced players might belive to resist the hit without noticing it's a strong DOT.
The skill is recognized easly, a big ligthing bolt strikes down at the character.
