 The warlock creates lightning bolts that strike all the opponents in an area.

Notes
Although the DoT may not always have a game changeing effect, the strength reduction can be lethal to warrior classes, drasticly cutting down their damage. A highly situational spell, but can be effective when pulled off at the correct time.
