Mana Burn is a Mage power: the 2nd of the Mana Control discipline.
 Burns mana of the victim. The burnt mana is turned into damage, ignoring armour.

Notes
Strong DOT that hits both bars with equal strenght. Useful against mages in an advanced point of the battle, but mainly against warriors. Very good when combined with Energy Borrow.
