Emerald Hills is an area of the Syrtis inner realm between Fisgeal city and Rearia city. The Tomb of Elements is finds there. It's first needed in a level 27 quest (The Elements Runestones - Introduction). Several creatures reside there providing enough space for Players of serveral levels to play.
