"Don't take guards lightly"
Electric Storm is a Guard power.
 The mage creates lightning bolts that strike all the opponents in an area.

Notes
This spell is used by the mage guards in castles, and only at level 5. It's based on the warlock's Summon Lightning spell, though affects a smaller area and has a faster cooldown.
