Notes

This spell has two main quite different uses. The first one is to use it with normal hits, meaning probably the character is a staff master. The player would then use it combined with strong normal hits to become some sort of mage-marksman able to deal strong magical normal hits at a long range.

The second one is to combine it with Sultar's Terror and a 30 range staff. This means the player can release this strong spell from a safe distance, or if he can pull it, flank the enemy and use the extended range to avoid the objective from getting too far and canceling it.
