Ignus Scorch is a Marksman power: the 5th of the Arrow Mastery discipline.
 A flaming arrow burns whoever crosses its path.

Notes
Ignus Scorch is similar to the Mage spell Blaze, but with a larger area. The arrow burns enemies who are directly in front of the Marksman.
