 The mage's spell casting speed is increased.

Arcane Devotion is an essential power for warlocks to reduce their spell casting times, with the class being all-but-unplayable without it.
Even though this spell shows as increasing casting speed by X%, the actual effect is closer to reducing the casting time by X%. This results in a great spell that cuts all powers' casting times in half on level 5.
A battle between two mages can be decided by the level of this buff, especially between warlocks. Combining this with a fast staff quickens the mage even more, since it reduces the time between skills. It must be recasted every minute, which puts mages in a disadvantage in long battles.
Bug: This buff has been reported to sometimes just disappear mid-duration. It's not known why.
