Summon Lich is a Conjurer power: the 7th of the Summon discipline.
 Summons a lich that fights for the conjurer.

Similar to the incorporeal, yet definitely stronger.
The summoning animation it's the same for all spells. A huge yellow cone of lightning-like magic appears around the conjurer.
