Costumes can be equipped under or on top of armor.
Premium Costumes
Premium costumes can be purchased from the Premium Shop using Ximerin.

Rare Costumes
Some costumes in the game are only obtainable through specific quests during events and only the players who completed the quests at the time will be in posession of these costumes.
